Important Information

Exam Method:

All exams can be taken in-person at Pearson VUE test centers or remotely through the OnVUE platform.

All exams are available in Arabic.

Exam Duration:

75 minutes including external breaks if requested.

Online Exam Requirements

Present the original national ID card, and the name must match 100% with the name registered on the Pearson VUE website.

Exam procedures must begin half an hour before the scheduled time to ensure readiness.

Warning: Being more than 5 minutes late is considered a failure.

Basic knowledge of Windows and software installation is required. Pearson VUE and the Academy are not responsible for technical issues, and any delay is considered a failure.

A system test must be performed when booking the exam and repeated one hour before the exam.

Only laptops are allowed during the exam.

You must be in a closed room free of people, with photos of the location sent to the supervisor for approval before starting the exam.

A strong and stable internet connection is required throughout the exam.

Camera and microphone must be on during the entire exam.

The exam proctor may be from any country and may request to speak with you, so basic English proficiency is required.

In-Person Exam Requirements

Exam sessions must be booked in advance through the Pearson VUE website via the following link:

You must bring your original national ID, and the name must match 100% with the name registered on the Pearson VUE website.

Note: Paper copies, photos of the ID, or the Absher app are not accepted.

Please arrive at the test center at least half an hour before your scheduled time.

Non-Attendance:

In the event of non-attendance at the scheduled exam time or delay in completing registration and attendance procedures, the candidate will be considered as having failed the exam.

Exam Entry Policy

You can reschedule your exam 24 hours before the date through Pearson website.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your exam 24 hours before the date through Pearson website.

Exam Retake

In case of exam failure, candidates can retake it by booking a new appointment one week after the previous exam date, with payment of a $200 USD retake fee directly to Pearson VUE testing center.

Exam Results and Certificate

In-Person Exam:

You receive your results immediately from the exam hall supervisor.

Online Exam:

Exam results are sent via Pearson VUE to your email within 3-8 business days.

Certificate:

After receiving your exam results, you will receive the official certificate from the Federation to your email within 5 business days.
